The Alaska Rag Company sells only made in Alaska goods. This operation carries an upscale product line where all items have an artistic aspect. Inventory is acquired from three sources:

Manufactured by Alaska Rag Company - handwoven mug rugs, placemats, table runners, and rugs.

Consignment - Pottery, jewelry, native handcrafts, woodcrafts, botanical art.

Purchased inventory - wooden utensils, refrigerator magnets, soap, jams and syrups, gourmet vinegars, birch bark baskets, "art" cards, etc.

In keeping with the Alaska Rag Company's image, all products are designed or made in Alaska and in good taste. The in-house manufacturing facility emphasizes recycling and utilizes environmentally sound practices.
